Ingredients

2 cans tuna in water (5 oz each, drained) 4 tbsp avocado mayo 1/4 cup celery (diced) 2 tbsp red onion (minced) 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 6 cups mixed greens 1 avocado (sliced) 10 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna and place in bowl
  2. Add avocado mayo, celery, onion, lemon juice
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper
  4. Divide mixed greens between 2 plates
  5. Top with tuna salad
  6. Garnish with avocado slices and cherry tomatoes
  7. Drizzle with olive oil if desired
