Ingredients
2 cans tuna in water (5 oz each, drained) 4 tbsp avocado mayo 1/4 cup celery (diced) 2 tbsp red onion (minced) 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 6 cups mixed greens 1 avocado (sliced) 10 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Drain tuna and place in bowl
- Add avocado mayo, celery, onion, lemon juice
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper
- Divide mixed greens between 2 plates
- Top with tuna salad
- Garnish with avocado slices and cherry tomatoes
- Drizzle with olive oil if desired
