Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower 2 tbsp butter or avocado oil Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets
  2. Pulse in food processor until rice-sized (dont over-process)
  3. Heat butter/oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Add cauliflower rice and spread evenly
  5. Cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  7. Serve as base for any protein or stir-fry
