1 cup almond flour 2 eggs 2 oz cream cheese (softened) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  3. Heat butter in skillet over medium-low heat
  4. Pour 3-inch circles of batter
  5. Cook until bubbles form (2-3 min)
  6. Flip carefully and cook 1-2 min more
  7. Serve with berries and whipped cream
