Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets) 4 tbsp butter 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower florets until very tender (12-15 min)
  2. Drain well and let sit for 2 minutes to release steam
  3. Add butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream
  4. Use immersion blender or food processor until smooth
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  6. Serve immediately
