Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets) 4 tbsp butter 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Steam or boil cauliflower florets until very tender (12-15 min)
- Drain well and let sit for 2 minutes to release steam
- Add butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream
- Use immersion blender or food processor until smooth
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Serve immediately
