High Protein Keto Frosty

Thick, creamy chocolate-peanut butter protein shake with cottage cheese for extra protein. Like a Wendy's Frosty but keto! 22g protein, 4.4g net carbs per serving. Recipe by Carolyn Ketchum, All Day I Dream About Food.
Ingredients
3/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup almond milk or hemp milk 1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder (Just Ingredients brand recommended) 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 1-2 tbsp sweetener (to taste - Swerve or allulose) 1 cup ice
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender: cottage cheese, peanut butter, heavy cream, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and ice.

Blend on high speed until completely smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.

Taste and adjust sweetener if needed.

Divide between two 16-ounce glasses.

Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.

NOTES:
- Best consumed immediately as ice will melt and become watery if stored
- Can substitute ricotta cheese for cottage cheese
- Any nut or seed butter works in place of peanut butter
- If using plain or vanilla protein powder instead of chocolate peanut butter flavor, increase cocoa powder to 1 tbsp total and add 1 tbsp sweetener, then adjust to taste
- High-powered blender (like Vitamix or Blendtec) works best for smooth consistency
