Versatile cloud bread that's perfect for breakfast sandwiches, BLTs, or burgers. Light and fluffy keto bread alternative.

Ingredients

3 eggs (separated) 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened) 1/4 tsp cream of tartar Pinch of salt Optional: Everything bagel seasoning for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Separate eggs - whites in one bowl, yolks in another
  4. Add cream of tartar to egg whites
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  6. In separate bowl, mix egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth
  7. Gently fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture (don't overmix - keep it fluffy)
  8. Spoon mixture onto parchment in 8 rounds (about 4 inches diameter)
  9. Optional: Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
  10. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
  11. Let cool completely before removing from pan
  12. Use for sandwiches, burgers, or toast Makes 8 cloud bread rounds (4 per person for sandwiches)
