Ingredients
3 eggs (separated) 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened) 1/4 tsp cream of tartar Pinch of salt Optional: Everything bagel seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Separate eggs - whites in one bowl, yolks in another
- Add cream of tartar to egg whites
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
- In separate bowl, mix egg yolks with cream cheese and salt until smooth
- Gently fold egg white mixture into yolk mixture (don't overmix - keep it fluffy)
- Spoon mixture onto parchment in 8 rounds (about 4 inches diameter)
- Optional: Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
- Bake 25-30 minutes until golden
- Let cool completely before removing from pan
- Use for sandwiches, burgers, or toast Makes 8 cloud bread rounds (4 per person for sandwiches)
