Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold) 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and whisk/beaters in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before starting.
  2. Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
  3. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds to combine.
  5. Increase to high speed and whip for 2-3 minutes until soft peaks form.
  6. For stiffer peaks, continue beating another 30-60 seconds. Watch carefully!
  7. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
