Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold) 1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and whisk/beaters in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before starting.
- Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
- Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds to combine.
- Increase to high speed and whip for 2-3 minutes until soft peaks form.
- For stiffer peaks, continue beating another 30-60 seconds. Watch carefully!
- Use immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
