Ingredients
4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
- Rub with avocado oil
- Mix all seasonings and coat chicken evenly
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F
- Place thighs skin-side down, cook 10 minutes
- Flip to skin-side up, cook 10-12 more minutes
- Check internal temp reaches 165°F
- Rest 5 minutes before serving
