Ingredients

4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
  2. Rub with avocado oil
  3. Mix all seasonings and coat chicken evenly
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F
  5. Place thighs skin-side down, cook 10 minutes
  6. Flip to skin-side up, cook 10-12 more minutes
  7. Check internal temp reaches 165°F
  8. Rest 5 minutes before serving
